For starters you won’t get tickets in the away end unless you’ve got access to loyalty points. There is not family enclosure in the away end. Obviously I have no idea what their football background is but sitting in a quiet part of the home end would likely be better for them than standing with rowdy drunk people

As you don’t live far from it I’m sure you could in the worst case scenario go in the home end? I’m considering it myself as I live ten minutes away too. I can’t imagine West Ham sell out?

It’s a weird one - West Ham supposedly have a waiting list for season tickets of around 50,000, but a lot of fans think that’s not strictly true (as part of their general distrust of the owners). Looking at their attendances last season as well they pretty much sold out every game, but it’s like Arsenal, there were always loads of empty seats - whether down to season ticket holders not turning up, or something else, there are all kinds of conspiracy theories on the main Hammers forum.

Cheers for the thoughts though guys. Will try our luck for home tickets, and hope the kids are old enough to know to keep quiet when we score...

Look forward to meeting up again - probably won't get to all (ticket may well be lean't out for a few) & evening/Sunday games are an issue from this far out. Going to have to give up any away games though to fund this (may try to get to Spurs if they are in the new ground though just to see what they have got for the massive cost they have laid out)
