2018 - 19 Season tickets

I don't think they will. This takes us up to over 50% of what is likely to be the max away allocation for any league game. There isn't likely to be an appetite to go further than that. In any case it's hardly fair to criticise the club in advance for something they might do.

They could have sold more home STs if they wanted but they capped them at 22k.

Having bought a home S/T will have to curtail away games next season

Did 13 overall (inc cup games), & clearly won't manage to make all of the home ones anyway. Have a transference system for a few & will concentrate my resources to the remaining ones.

Only one I might get to is Soton, particularly if its an evening game as not as easy to get there at that time from the Midlands but is only 1 1/4 hrs drive for me

Saints away is 13th April. We don't have many midweek games scheduled. Some might get moved there (including Monday Night Football) but not many.

Im hoping to do Saints away but if I have to go in home end I’ll do that if I can’t get a ticket. Knownquite a few season ticket holders

Can't see that one being moved for TV schedules (unless we are doing so well that they can't get enough of us!)

Have written off away games due to resources anyway so not fussed if I get to any or not

And then you will be way ahead of the rest of the queue after the AST, Gold and Silver have their go. Can't see it being an issue for you, especially as the points get reset after four away games.

The explosion of moaning about this over the road is hilarious. "A disgrace" - really?

Genuine question. Why do you still read that board? I have the same frustrations as you do, but can't go on there as it just annoys me, mainly due to the overreactions the type of which you have pointed out and the general wummery.

I go on there because there are some good posters with a decent amount of ITK knowledge (or they used to have - all change under Fosun) and sometimes there is a snippet.

Also, there are other posters who are immensely passionate fans that I like to read the opinion of.

There are some posters that make it borderline unreadable in places, but that isn't the rule. I would never post there again, I don't think (even if I could remember my password) but a lurk and a read is still often worthwhile.

The thing today is that there have clearly been people on there waiting for something they can be negative about. I do think this charge is daft and actually unnecessary but if that is all there is to moan about the wailing and gnashing of teeth over it is a bit excessive.

Dunno if this is the right thread, but people are talking about away tickets.

As I've mentioned, I had the opportunity to book a flight to see my girlfriend near Brighton on the weekend of the Brighton v. Wolves game.

I don't know how this works, so would it be possible to request someone here to buy two tickets, if they're not going to the game at all? I'd, obviously, pay said tickets, and a few beers when I'm over at Wolverhampton again.

If not, do you happen to know how to get tickets for home-side at Brighton stadium?

When the tickets go on sale, drop me a message or put a post on here. You will get help from those that can.

I'll help if needed too jd

Probably won't be able to afford much in the way of away games this year if I'm going to make full use of the S/T so my number may well also be available if needed

Away games are really awkward for me with work so I daresay mine will be available for them.

Decided to take the plunge and purchased one. Takes out the hassle of guessing what time tickets will go onsale on a Sat morning seeing that this morning the remaining silver tickets went onsale earlier than Wolves had stated.

If it weren't for work I'd have got one, can't see me making more than one or two though so not worth it.

Thanks everyone!

I'll try and keep looking for dates of ticket release.

Does anyone here have any experience of taking kids to away games?

I live in London, down the road from the Olympic Stadium, and on the day Wolves are playing away there on Sept 1st my cousin and her three kids, aged 7-12, are going to be in town for a visit. Figured it would be a perfect day out - none of them have had the chance to go to a live Wolves game yet, and it’s a chance to take a look around the Olympic Park and try out the slide on the Orbit as well. Thing is, I have no idea whether it would be easier/a friendlier atmosphere to try for tickets in the home or away areas (like, is there an away family enclosure as well as a home one, for example?). Well aware it’ll be tricky to get either, but the Wolves site doesn’t seem to have any info I can see on child tickets that aren’t for home games... anyone here have any advice?

There are no away family areas, but my experience is, you’ll be fine.
