Wolves Internationals

Neto starting for Portugal U21s in their Euros opener vs Georgia. Fabio on the bench. Vitinha also starting.

Kick off at 5pm, on UEFA.com and there's an official app too which allows streaming to TVs.
Different Vitinha.

Few others to look out for.

Alex Penetra has been very good for Famalicão and Tomás Aráujo had some of the best defensive stats in the league on loan at Gil Vicente from Benfica.

In midfield João Neves is the one we were linked with a few weeks back from Benfica, really good player. Andre Almeida we were linked with last summer but went to Valencia instead.

Xisco Conceição is really good if he ends up coming off the bench as well.

Was having a conversation with one of my colleagues about how USMNT games are pretty much always played in the Midwest now to ensure their CONCACAF opppoents don’t get the most support as they would do in the south or east coast. Is that correct?
I wouldn't say always, but your friend is absolutely correct in that playing a match in California, Texas, Florida, etc., is a recipe for being outnumbered in your own country.

Charlotte is hosting a Gold Cup match I'm trying to get tickets for, I'll try to stay aware of the ratios in the stands if I can make it. Massive Hispanic population here but of course it would be a mistake to assume they're all supporters of El Tri (that is, Mexico).

Blame LiveScore for the Vitinha one, I clicked on his profile to check and it showed the real one's PSG games :D

@Tredman just to echo what Alan is saying, yes the USA i think does have the strategy as to not be out numbered. Even though we are the clear big dogs of CONCACAF now, Mexico will stay have tons more fans than we do, just the way it is. Not so much other countries from my perspective, really just them.

Soccer(Sorry, football haha) has gotten bigger in the States over the past decade but still way behind, american football, basketball, and baseball as far as fandom goes. Hopefully the World Cup will help close the gap a bit if you will.

And Alan, my brother and are headed to the T&T game, hope you can get tix!

I think the 'real' Vitinha is with the full squad.

This one is quality as well tbf. He was at Braga and was linked with Southampton & West Ham in Jan but I think ended up at Marseille instead.

Not been watching as I have some stuff to get finished but Portugal are 2-0 down at HT.

Georgia have scored from their only 2 shots, looks like.

Speaking of Georgia, I know we give Polish a lot of crap, but I went down a lil Georgian rabbit hole the other day... Good God, man. Consonants everywhere.

One of my 'ones to look out for' Tomás Aráujo is having an absolute shocker. Find footage of the first goal when you get a minute, well worth a watch.

Neto has been terrible.

Every stream I find for the game redirects me to an Asian..erm...lesbian site. Looks more interesting than the game itself mind.

Aráujo sent off. Straight red. :ROFLMAO:

Portugal U21s don't want to use Fabio "would get 10 PL goals next year I reckon" Silva when they're 2-0 down.

Pedro & Fábio start up front together for Portugal U21 vs Netherlands U21.

Dutch passing it around nicely. Portuguese just going long over the top with nil joy

No idea how the Dutch didn’t score before mind. Neto got on the end of the long ball, chops back on his left, crosses with a slight deflection and Almeida guides it in
