Wolves / Covid-19

I would pay no attention if I were you.

Any one know exactly what he did? Something to do with him causing Boly's injury apparently.

That laughable rumour

"Nuno has told MGW he won't play for Wolves again until Boly is fit as he broke his ankle with a reckless challenge in a light training session"
All fell to pieces that one when he was involved in games before his own back went (no doubt a back injury he got when Boly thumped him for the challenge that never happened)

That awful video has been taken down (at least publicly) now.

He knows he's bang in trouble. I don't condone the pile-on but I bet she's been getting a load of grief all day, she should ask Danielle Lloyd how the combination of being a bit of a vacuous attention seeker who wants to be famous for being famous and going out with a Wolves player who's clearly fucking around turns out.

I’ve just searched tweets to her today from Wolves fans and it’s less than 25 and none that offensive other than calling them idiots.

She’s a far way off her dream of becoming an social media influencer. You’re only a couple of hundred followers behind her.

My dream of overturning the 1994/95 Player of the Season vote lives on :D

I thought I read somewhere that players in Spain have also tested positive too? This was after the germany cases. If true, it really makes me wonder how we can be seriously expecting any form of football to resume soon.

It's interesting looking at how people interpret the announcement. Posts on here are along the lines of "football can resume after 1 june!" A friend who isn't a sports fan had the perspective "no sport can resume before june".

No, still don't get your point. Villa fans idolise Grealish, think the sun shines out of his arse and then he did this, many of them tried to defend him and were rightly put in their place.

Here lets make it simple as you seem to be a simpleton.

My point wasn't about what Villa (or any other) fans did or didn't do.

My point was that the Wolves gimp twitter fans who DID use the Grealish incident (a serious incident) as a pathetic excuse to point score over the internet are clowns.

Steve Plant on Twitter doing a classic “going to reveal I know stuff but not going to tell you”. Says MGW should have been Kicked out for a previous error last year

Fucking narcasist him, playing the 'I know something you don't but I'm not going to tell you' game.

If it was that bad why wasn't he going on about it then?

Wolves Twitter universally condemned Grealish and universally condemned MGW?

They've been pretty consistent from what I can see.

I know, my point was that they only really condemned Grealish as it was a cheap excuse to have a pop at Villa fans.

If it was a random player say for someone like Crawley Town (a club we have no rivalry with) do you think half of them would have laid on the condemning so thick/or even mentioned it?

Did the same people rush to condemn that Government advisor who broke lock down guidelines? Nah thought not.

10 members of staff were tested...

Yeah saw that, still presume all players would be tested and have a negative result before even coming anywhere near any other employee. IE what I said they'd be treating everyone as potential carries until proved otherwise.

Only just seen the MGW stuff - fucks sake, Morgan.

:icon_lol:

You know there is a rivalry between Wolves and Villa, right, you even mention it yourself? So, why on earth are you bothered about Wolves fans having a pop at Villa fans?

And comparing it to a government advisor!?

Presumably you get annoyed when there is a more heated atmosphere at Wolves v Villa games than Wolves v Crawley?

'rivalry' is debatable but yeah obviously there's some (after the shit, blues, stoke, walsall, maybe even shrewsbury and port vale).

I'm not bothered about Wolves fans having a pop at Villa fans (crack on) I just find using a completely unrelated serious incident such as drink driving to do so is pathetic.

I get annoyed when the atmosphere is shit for the majority of games but excellent for certain games (although excellent for the Villa game is pushing it) yes. Still the same 3 points on the line.

Tbf I agree with him to a point. You do genuinely get fans who would take relegation if we beat Albion home and away. Not even joking.

I find it amusing when Albion fuck up and I don't actively want them to do well but really, they aren't in my thinking. He's right, three points counts all the same. And while Villa aren't on the same scale as Shrewsbury, Stoke and Walsall (that's being silly), I don't care about them that much. We hardly ever played them when I was growing up, we have closer rivals. I hated them when Dr Weird was there and Bruce was manager and Fat Keith was CEO, but that's because they're all cunts and they were trying to play silly games with us.

The needless aggression to others I can't get on board with, but the general point is sound enough re: rivalry. I don't care what others choose to post on Twitter, I post my views, if I disagree with someone else on there then I'll largely keep it to that platform.

Super fans are always wankers. The Wolvers twateratti are no different, these are the people that don't consider people fans if they don't go to home and away games.

People that say 'I didn't see them before 2018' suffer from similar but less twatish symptoms.

You're either new to football or a simpleton.

Been following Wolves regularly since 1993 (aged 10), does that make me new?

I can assure you I'm no simpleton, why? Because I dare to expect supporters to be better and show their support for the team regardless of whom we're playing and it annoys me when it doesn't happen.

So you feel as motivated in your support for Wolves in a game v Albion as you do against Fleetwood?
