Welcome to Wolves Rui Patricio

He's probably annoyed about the sleeves (and the collar obvs)

Its probably wondering what the hell he's done to that little finger on his right hand, obviously it won't hamper him but I can't see him going that far in the game :)

Every keeper has fingers like that! My right little finger is just as mangled and we all know I was fucking shite.

Ok so I've surrounded myself with circus freaks !!

My left little finger makes his look straight!

Can beat that - mine is at 90 degrees from the first knuckle to the rest of the finger

(& have already had it operated on & that's the best they can do - still the only other option was amputation)

Useful for balancing the bottom of a beer glass on though

He wore pretty much the same kit during the World Cup didn't he? One of the GKs did anyway.

Portugal wear Nike

I have a deformed little finger on my left hand too from playing 5 aside

All the keepers wearing the Adidas kits wore that style of top. One certainly had the one old Pat is wearing in the pic. Pat wore Nike so he never got to experience the Adidas style

That keeper kit is pretty mild compared to some of the things keepers have had to wear recently.

It's not totally off the wall, it's just not particularly nice and I can't see why anyone would actually choose to wear one. You'd look ridiculous strolling around in that.

I wouldn't pay full price for a goalkeeper shirt, but there pretty good and comfy as a bed in-house dossing shirt.

Some would argue that football shirts are ridiculous looking full stop.

Different strokes, I guess. Personally, I agree, I wouldn't be getting a keeper shirt unless it was of a true legend.

I wouldn't mind one of those keeper kits. Find it really nice, but I guess they only have the long sleeved version, which is a annoying.

Interview with Rui on YouTube. Says he has known Nuno for a few years now. He’s not the smiliest of blokes is he!

Most keepers aren't. De Gea is like Jack Dee with a beard and bad hair.

Very mumbly! I don’t speak any Portuguese but I thought it was supposed to be similar to Spanish? Sounds more Polish!

Portuguese is similar(ish) written down to Spanish but spoken it's a world apart. Not a very nice language.

A native Spanish-speaking friend of mine says that to Spanish ears Portuguese sounds like "Spanish spoken by a drunk Russian".
