Considering he apparently plays with two DMs in the middle we would be absolutely foolish to sell Ruben. Not saying Ruben is a DM, but he does the "dirty" side of the game well and turns over possession quickly which is what you need in that kind of system - Bruno should be building it around him.

You can put me in the sceptics camp and I wouldn't have been employing him but I want him to be successful and to ram all of my doubts down my throat.
