Some very minor ghosts of the FA Cup Semi put to rest.

Another good performance going forwards, albeit with similar issues in finishing. Defended how we needed to but rode our luck at times, which I think is probably gonna be the case until Boly gets back in and up to speed.

Nice to see a debut goal from Hwang The DJ. Great cameo from Podence too.

Watched on the worst stream ever but some decent performances Trincao and Samedo looked quality, and if 'old Podence' is back things are looking good

Pretty good first half, really strong second half. I thought was an error to put Adama on the right but we still dominated, even if Trincao’s influence was less.

excellent finish by the Watford defender. Raul got better as second half went on too. Barely gave up any chances yet again, very impressive

Neves was fucking brilliant again. Wondering how he might blossom in Lages system.
We are moving the ball so much quicker.

First half was frustrating, we blew hot and cold, Raul was pretty anonymous.

From about 60 mins onwards we controlled the game. Raul showing flashes of his old self - narrowly headed wide, some nice flickons, and helped in the build up of the second goal.

I really liked Hwang. Adds something different - aggressively wins the ball back in the final third and gets stuck in with tackles. Took his tap in well!

Overall, a much deserved win. Players should hopefully relax a bit now. Onwards and upwards.

Good result, blew them away a bit in the second half. Semedo was fantastic bar the 1v1 misses. I think we looked so much more dangerous and fluent with podence on the pitch, perfect player for the inside forward position. Another 90 for Raul and he showed some nice touches however not quite sharp yet and seems to be hesitant around the box.
