Tomorrow's fans parliament

Why, all they are trying to do is get their points across and hopefully answered !!! ( unlikely)

I believe most fans will agree with the vast majority of the points they raise

The last 6 pages on this thread should tell you why.

I think everybody here wants a few questions answered. It's the way they're going about it which is embarrassing.

The problem is the pertinent points that are in there are lost in the stream of consciousness method of delivery. As has been said, pare it down to the absolutely relevant bullet points and it would have two advantages. Firstly it would make for better debate. Secondly, anything truly challenging to Jez, Steve, Kevin or even Kenny would be harder to wriggle out of as the point would be extremely focussed.

I had to look, didn't I. My word.

I mean the main text is largely a load of drivel that's easily parried away, but the Addendum (sic)? If these are men in their 50s then I fucking pity them. If I end up like that in 20 years then any of you have my permission to chuck me out of a fucking window, pathetic.
Well it is written by the populist journo poster who I won't name but his username rhymes with "cold 'n' fried". His usual style of capturing the popular posting and regurgitating it as his own.

Hindsight we should either have kept Mick to get us back up or should have let him go much earlier in the season when there was more chance of turning it round and a new manager would still have had the window available. But that is water under the bridge.
Mick should have gone after the Blackburn game.

That comment was literally sandwiched between two comments by Langers & DW saying exactly the same thing?

If you put something like that up on the internet you need to prepare yourself for a bit of flack IMO. If someone I knew wrote that I'd be crying with laughter. They'd never hear the end of it.

He isn't the author though?

Indeed. Someone I hold a polar opposite view from!!

All very good questions Dan, especially the Iorfa one. Iorfa is clearly our best RB, it makes literally no sense to be leaving him on the bench and starting Doherty ahead of him.

I suspect the answer lies in the EEL and Hause partnership. Ken is probably wary about adding yet another inexperienced (though very talented) defender into the mix - hence the selection of the more experienced Doherty.

Being more experienced in that he has played more games is irrelevant if the football quality reduces in equal proportion

Trying to follow the live blog which is a complete clusterfuck, but I think KJ just said we've struggles by trying to shoehorn Edwards in the team.

"KJ - we haven't been as effective with regards to points total. Perhaps trying to shoehorn in Dave Edwards. James Henry has been effective. Ojo looks like he will come on and improve. Wallace came in in the summer and has only just become fit. New group needs to take on new roles."

Yeah wasn't sure if that was a direct quote from KJ or not. Hard to tell.

Seems like it. It's from the official wolves comms.

From the Fans Parliament.
Sammy Ameobi. Jez wanted to sign him and I didn't. That's how it is. Kenny Jackett.

QUESTION - Ben Smallman - What is reasonable for us to expect with regards to the PL. Perception is that club isn't that bothered.

KJ - Nobody's in more of a rush than me. Nobody's in more of an acute position than me. I want to be a PL manager. I'm envious of the clubs that have done it. Is it feasible this year? Yes. Have I got it right yet? No. When you bring in a big lump and play long ball - I don't like that. I like playing fast constructive players. I like my players to have flair and movement off the ball. We did go for Chris Wood because he has a lot of those qualities. Are we still looking for players? Yes. Even yesterday we were debating over somebody.

I do appreciate the honesty there

KJ: I have no problems with any opinions. Started off with Dave Eds on left trying to come in behind the front two and Golbourne further forward. After spells of games, like QPR, early on his movement really caused them problems. Our football was very good and they couldn't get to grips with us. Then after half an hour they realised their spare man was our right back and started clipping ball forward. Phillips ended up having seven shots and scored from two. So that had served its course. On Sat went to two in the middle and he brings plenty of qualities. Workrate, passion, will to win, And he has a goal in him. Eight last season in attacking midfield role. The timespan for Edwards on the left has maybe ended and he has to come inside to compete for central midfield position. I like Dave Edwards, I am a fan
