So Arsenal get a work permit for Paulista before he has actually signed. He should have failed the application but Arsenal told the Home Office he is a bloody good player, they agreed and granted the permit.
Make the percentage of international games percentage a bit higher. Reduce the team from top 70 to top 50 in the FIFA rankings to make it much harder. Brilliant, well done Mr Dyke. Sadly fucked up beyond all recognition by the get out of "the player will be automatically considered an important player for the league and therefore succeed in getting the work permit if the proposed transfer fee is over £10m." Okay, so that won't get messed around with at all, then.
Blackpool have tried to send Joe Lewis back to Cardiff who have apparently refused to take him back. He must be delighted with both clubs considering he has been playing really well for Blackpool. There is supposed to be a clause in his loan contract whereby Blackpool will have to pay an extra fee now and Oyston doesn't want to pay.
They really are a pair of fucked up teams
He served a purpose, had a few decent games for them, I'd assume they're bringing another forward in now as they don't have anyone other than Lukaku at first team level i don't think?
You would imagine so, as Lukaku is also a bit off the boil at the moment. Martinez needs goals, not that Everton will end up in any danger this season.
Doubt he'd go to a mid table going nowhere team on the opposite side of the country to where he lives. I presume it's on loan? If so surely he'd have better options?
