Make the percentage of international games percentage a bit higher. Reduce the team from top 70 to top 50 in the FIFA rankings to make it much harder. Brilliant, well done Mr Dyke. Sadly fucked up beyond all recognition by the get out of "the player will be automatically considered an important player for the league and therefore succeed in getting the work permit if the proposed transfer fee is over £10m."
