There was a gap in the seating which really pissed him off. But other than that it was packed out , nowhere near as empty as a Ben Folds ' gig '

FedEx just delivered a huge box about 5 foot square.
It's a picture, a work of art, by a (well known & respected) artist. Itzchack Tarkay.

Never heard of him...

But his paintings are actually pretty good. eye of the beholder and all of that.
Limited editions seem to be going for around a grand.
Beautifully mounted and a gorgeous frame round it.

It seems it's come from my wife's M&D.

Interesting thing to do... art is such a personal thing isn't it? And at those prices it could have been a, "What the fuck are we going to do with that awful picture?"

But it's actually quite nice and growing on us, and it's big! 31" x 36"
