Flew into Bogota late last night. Really impressed with the city so far!!

So it's just gone 6am here in Colombia.
Went to the lobby at the hotel to grab a coffee in my Wolves shirt and had an extensive conversation in broken English and Spanish about the security guards favorite player...Moutinho!! Happy days

Got sacked this morning, mainly for refusing to drive a vehicle from Macclesfield to Walsall, that is in limp mode and has a top speed of 15mph, other things mentioned were,
Refusing to buy a sat nav, told to buy one because it’s essential to the job, replied, if it’s essential, work should be buying it.
Refusing to clean the workshop because the mechanics are too lazy to do it,
Walking through workshop when I’m not a mechanic (vehicles have to be collected from workshop, because mechanics are too lazy to drive them out),
Refusing to walk through workshop to collect vehicle, because I’m not allowed to walk through workshop.
Lot of it is probably my fault, put petty rules in place and I’ll follow them until told otherwise especially if you get pissed off with wilfull compliance

Great people, awesome food and a wonderful deep history
After working here for last days managed to get a little bit of sight seeing done in the evening
Went to the top of Monserate, stunning views of the city. Had a short walk round the old Town of Bogota and the Gold museum.
Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay

computer system I used got an update 1st week in january. ever since then it has been as glitchy as hell, and sloooooooooow. I am amazed I haven't bricked the monitor repeatedly.
