Lit the wood burner for the first time today, mostly to check the chimney pipes were OK and not blocked. It's a bit nippy out today but I am wandering around the house in shorts and a t shirt. Kin magic and my pal delivered tons of wood, two full tractor loads for 100euros.

This is me since May:

Easier to lose when there is more to come off! Not expecting 2kg a week, similar to you I'd be happy to get 1kg a week.

Not aiming to get into a "healthy" range on the BMI scale as I carry too much muscle to get down to that kind of weight but double digits instead of triple would be nice!

I think being 'obsessive' is probably my defining trait. Just took me 15 years to focus that on getting healthy.

Decided this week to fuck off my career in property and chase something I'm actually passionate about. So I'm going to finish my current fixed term contract, sell my house, move to London and have applied for a place on this course starting September 2021.

Genuinely feel like I am coming to the end of a prison sentence, I've been unhappy in my career for years but never done anything about it.

Not quite sure where this will take me yet but I've always wanted a career in food and drink, whether that be writing, cooking, buying - who knows but I'm excited to see where it takes me.
