Due to post-traumatic arthritis is his front right elbow, my dog isn't great at walking downstairs or downhill. Over the last couple of days, he's been trying to learn how to walk downstairs backwards.

To be fair, it's the bottom three steps and it takes him a while (and I don't think he'll manage more), but it's good to see his mind working.

Happy that I am awake and concentrating at work today as I nearly caused a data breach just now. I have been working on a presentation for Career Counselors on how to conduct Talent Discussions and Bonus Discussions etc ahead of the end of the year.

In our internal library I found a pdf deck of how our bonus structure and promotion cycles work and wanted to add it to a Powerpoint presentation. Tried to insert as an object but it only linked to the pdf itself, where I wanted the pdf slides to become ppt slides.

Googled it and most advice was to use one of the free online convertors for converting pdf's into ppt slides. Was about to upload the pdf when I realised that these online convertors are all third party and I was essentially uploading sensitive company information to god knows where.......

Decided I will have to take screenshots of the pdf's and insert them into PowerPoint one by one but at least I did not cause a huge data breach. All the Information Security training worked!
