Yeah, no way we’re signing Liverpool and England’s Joe Gomez.Joe Gomez would seem an ideal player for us.
But he'd want to be guaranteed starting regularly, probably on big wages, and would cost too much to buy outright.
Well he's being gaslit too...Good to see we are making the PL experienced signings Gaz said we’re aiming for.
By himself?Well he's being gaslit too...
By the board. But you know that.By himself?
Those were his words, not the board. He had no need to say it (again). If he has problems with the board say so or do a Lop.By the board. But you know that.
Make a bitch go on and on...Unrelated: fuck Papa John.
Would love this but I imagine wages would make it a no go. It’s gonna be Forbs.
It is.Was that the Celtic Jota?
Not I think it will happen but players leaving the Saudi train know they are not getting that wage again.Would love this but I imagine wages would make it a no go. It’s gonna be Forbs.
Cheers Gaz. Tell Hobbs that though xI’d take him here and sell to Chiquinho to Sporting personally.
Even if he took a 50% pay rise that's still £100k that we wouldn't be prepared to pay. But someone probably will. Not I think it will happen but players leaving the Saudi train know they are not getting that wage again.
His move to Saudi went wrong when Nuno was binned.
So his choice seems to be bank a fuckton of money and enjoy a few years of not doing much or look at his account, see the majority of the millions he has banked in the last year or so and accept a lower, more realistic wage (in footballing terms) and get playing more often.
Was suggested the other day another Saudi club were in for him but if Jorge is out doing his whoring I would guess he will end up at Sporting.
