It's going to be strange watching Rugby Union on the BBC without Eddie Butler, terrific commentator, big shoes to fill for whoever is on comms, especially after Eddie had to come in after Bill Maclaren.

Yep awful discipline from England again, just playing to avoid coming 5th now can only see them beating Italy.

Pretty bad for English rugby when Scotland own them at the moment 3 straight defeats 2 at home.
Let’s see if Scotland back it up by beating someone else other than Italy.

I'd be pretty angry if I was a Scottish Rugby fan. Year after year they raise their game to compete with (and lately beat) England, but then revert to form and play dogshit against inferior teams like Italy and Wales. What can't they have that sort of intensity against every team?

Just a case of two poor sides the last 3 wins could easily have swung England way.
England and Scotland are much of a muchness at the moment and Wales are atrocious. Only 2 sides in this tournament the rest are poor or tripe.

Italy being competitive does the tournament a lot of good and not just being a make up your point difference fixture.

Fantastic Italian performance. Gifted France their first try, but kicked on from that. Causing France to concede so many penalties when their discipline was a key to them being champions last year.
Anyone expecting them to be easy points this tournament hasn't been paying attention the last year.
