Anyway - sod bonus points. None of us like them at all as an idea. Beat Scotland and as far as I am concerned it makes you worthy champions. Our fault not taking it to at least the final weekend, not because of the tremendous game we had, but our miserable capitulation second half at Murrayfield.

Hope so I actually think all the hype around the game will have put a lot of pressure on Scotland, a lot are expecting them to at the very least run England very close or even win.

Fuck that was deeply disappointing,

Fair play to Wales had more of a cutting edge, better defence, really punished our mistakes and to be honest seemed up for it more.

Once again camped in oppositions 22 for long periods and unable to score, shows up our big weakness, we have no-one in the back 5 (apart from possibly Henshaw) who are big enough to run over or fast enough to run around defenders, we have no-one to finish that first try like North did. Add to that we have gone to fuck defensively conceding 3 tries again, need to bin Farrell (it is reminiscent of England under Lancaster).

Cant see us being up for next week after that.

Hope Paddy and the rest of the Welsh lads had a few celebratory beers

Aye your right bonus points are in play at the moment, there are also extra bonus points (I think 3) if you win a grand slam so to avoid a situation where a series of fluke results meant a team who won a grand slam finished in 2nd place.

On last night thought Wales were excellent in defence, can't believe how poor Irelands line outs were.
The game hinged on that almighty cock by Henshaw joining the ruck ahead of the ball carrier when they looked certain to score.
I think if Ireland score there they win the game, also thought Sexton sin bin was very harsh.
