It will depend on how the contracts of employment are worded. If it says public / bank holidays + x amount of days then you are entitled to paid leave. If you are zero hours or 28 days holiday including bank holidays then you won’t.My lot (Sainsburys) are adding 8 hours onto everybody's holiday entitlement.
