The NFL Thread

Poor Toon, his beloved Bills come to the UK which I'm sure he'll be at, turn a 24 pt deficit around and then blow it against a poor Jags side...and I bet it was all the fault of Kraft/Brady/Belichick

A dodgy pass interference call aside, they blew it in the first half. Terrible QB play from Manuel, I could've picked him off, with the amount of warnings he gave on passes.

Bortles looks decent though, pity his receivers were terrible.

Manuel was awful. Lost them that game with his shitty throwing in the first half.

Just a little nibble at the game yesterday...

Ah the Linebacker. My mate took a picture of one of those too.

40cm long sausage, covered in pulled pork, macaroni cheese and hickory.

No chance I could eat one of those.

I actually ate it! All that was left was about three inches of the bun and I didn't need to eat again till yesterday lunchtime!

Atlanta managing to get it to OT after stopping a 3 and 1 and then 4 and 1 and then scoring a TD. Hopefully gonna sneak another win with the momentum despite +4 turnovers.

Atlanta looking mighty vulnerable after their hot start.

Matt Ryan not playing well, although it's the turnovers that are costing us. We're not that great a team on paper but have been battling through games recently without playing well after a good start . If we can play well and cut out the stupid mistakes like botched snaps then we are a match for anyone on our day.

Work in progress though, improve the pass rush further next year and we will be right up there.

Ryan played pretty well yesterday, nearly 400 yards passing wasn't it? Crappy snap and hand off that led to turnovers cost them yesterday.

Yeah he played well (generally) but turnovers cost games and he was at fault for 2 yesterday which is very unlike him. The shit snap wasn't his fault, but he also fumbled again which was luckily recovered by Freeman. Doesn't matter if you throw 400 yards if you also give the ball away in the red zone.

Ryan has been built up to be a franchise QB, but he's not really. He's good, but I don't think he'd have the numbers he has if he hadn't had Roddy White and/or Julio Jones to throw to.

He's not Flacco degrees of overrated, but he's still not as good as people make out, IMO.

It has shown how far the Raiders have come but how gutted I feel right now for losing a game by 3pts. Carr was excellent again today. Could have done better with his int I felt but forced it trying to get into the game. Brown has killed us today. If Raiders continue like this then Del Rio should get coach of the year. To turn last years 0-10 team into this is incredible. Secondary is garbage though. Woodson is a personal hero of mine, but a lot of his hype is commentator based, we can't cover for shit. If we don't get aggressive in free agency then I would like to see 3 of the first 4 round picks used on a couple of safeties and a CB. Badly need some talent and depth at that position.

NFL's fun tonight with Osweiller ('arseweiller') and Adrian Anus, I know, 'little things' etc.

Load of Bollocks...AGAIN!

No one wants a WC place in the NFC

I know injuries have been terrible this year and he's also GM, but please Chip just go.

MOTHER FUCKING 11-0 BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

holy christballs I am so excited for the rest of the season and subsequent playoffs. I didn't fully believe in the team earlier in the season (obviously that isn't to say I wasn't rooting for them), as some of the wins were super close and some things weren't quite ironed out (cam's accuracy, WR drops, dline, etc.), but they literally get better every single week. for the last 3 weeks they've been a seriously complete football team at every phase and I have full confidence in beating any team shows up.

AND THEY UTTERLY EMBARASSED JERRY JONES AND HIS JACKWAGON TEAM DURING A HOLIDAY IN WHICH EVERYONE IS WATCHING. hahahahahaha
