Impressed with Vikings' start to the season.

Defence looked as good as usual and the Falcons couldn't handle the running game. Cook was superb but I think they've found another really good player in Mattison. Cousins only attempted 10 passes the whole game which is probably the least i've seen in a game i've watched. Special teams made some good plays too with the blocked punt springing to mind to set up good field position for the first TD.

Chicago Bears are boring. Hardly any decent offensive players.

Got a mate I meet up with for the American Football in London, he wears a big cheese grater on his head... That sorts the cheese out! :smarmy:

I'm a Bears fan and you are now like an Albion or Villa fan to me :icon_twisted:

Lol makes the season even more interesting

Yeah was nice to see a good run game for the vikes for a change, will reserve judgement until we’ve seen it against a better defence but it was certainly an impressive performance.

Tbf the Falcons are unbelievably shit.

We'll see what next week brings. Eagles defense gave up 27 points to a bunch of nothing yesterday, although the offense eventually came on fire. They don't give a 17 point lead to Ryan and Julio and come back from it. Apart from teams you knew were going to tank like Miami, Tampa, Giants, Washington, Cards etc it's too early to write anybody else off.

We’ve got talent just poor coaching and poor decisions.

So to give some context Mike Scott plays for the Philadelphia 76ers basketball team, he's from Virginia and is a 'skins fan. He was perhaps naive in his actions and Philly sports fans in general don't have a great rep, but this article chronicles what he experienced complete with video. I think it's symptomatic of the division Trump has brought to America. Not that the racism didn't exist beforehand, just the freedom people feel to express it.

On,y watched the highlights. It looked a cracker of a game. Houston won't be far away from the playoffs if they can keep everybody fit.

They need to keep Watson clean - he's getting hit far too much. Should improve as Tunsil settles.

Antonio Brown's future with the Pats already in jeopardy? 3 charges of sexual assault including a rape allegation being brought against him.

Never were a franchise and a human being such a perfect match for each other...

The he said/she said allegations are always awkward. My wife will kill me for saying this, but my gut instinct is that he is innocent. Of course actual guilt or innocence counts for nothing in the NFL.

It should be said he hasn't been charged but it is a lawsuit alleging sexual assault in a civil case. He denies all the allegations naturally. The whole thing is a bit odd.

The NFL report he may be put on paid leave.

Your gut instinct based on what? His glowing personality?
