The Music Thread Strikes Back

Going to see public service broadcasting next Thursday. Haven't had chance to listen to their new album yet, but it's had some good reviews.

Might not sound anything like them, but this put a Refused tune in my head which is always good.
 
Off to see Weller at the Civic tonight. Not seen him since 2005ish in Telford.
 
Last time I was him was in a hotel in I think Maidenhead with a lady who wasn't at the time Mrs Weller,

Absolutely spot on.

Although my pet hates of people having a full on conversation nearby (you want a beer and a chat - go to the pub!) and pointless filming of phone videos that you will never ever watch (it's Weller doing Town Called Malice. Live in the moment) were on show.
 
There's a lot of good names there, and at my age an indoor festival seems very sensible.
 
I can't beleiev some of those main acts are still together and touring!

Ace - Suicidal Tendencies (presumably Robert Trujillo will guest with them on one song each night - make it Send Me Your Money and I will be very happy)
Meh - Evanescence - two hit wonders and I can't say I am a huge fan at all.
 
I actually couldn't name a third song and I've spent many hours listening to random youtube playlists
