The Manager Sacked/Hired Thread 2022/23

Mick is official in at Blackpool, good luck to him

Mick gave us our club back when it was at a real low point and for that I'll always be grateful. I hated the way it ended here for him given all that he'd done.
When I saw him linked with Blackpool I Googled his name and was surprised he wasn't older than he is. His managerial record virtually everywhere is also much better (statistically) than I thought. It's easy to see why he would appeal to Blackpool although not quite as easy to see why they would appeal to him! It's obviously in the blood.

If not for Mick, I'm likely a City supporter today.

So I owe him for that.

Just listened to the Yems clip. If only someone had made him aware that you shouldn't say those things any longer. What horseshit, he genuinely believes it was banter, but I'm not having that he didn't know it wasn't acceptable, he just didn't care

Has the air of a man 'telling it like it is' and more than a whiff of gammon.

Big Mick just can't let go . Hard not to like him and admire him for what he is . Perhaps he should be at home in front of the fire now on these dark evenings , but that's not Mick . He clearly wants to keep going and and giving him a gig where he has to pull a club out of relegation trouble possibly suits him as well .
Have not checked but I assume Terry Connor is with him again .

I’ve had a bet for Lampard to be the next premier league manager to be sacked now for almost four weeks….is today the day?

Depends if they can afford it. Nothing else. Performances are officially the worst Everton in 70 years.

I think they are at the can't afford not to stage now. Hope they do something stupid like Rooney

Moshiri on SSN now saying it's "not his decision"! Er yes mate, it is.

Would Dyche go there?

I don't think he has a choice, getting on for a year now so he needs to get back in and no guarantees Leeds or West Ham will sack Ted or Moyes. He got the best out of all of Tarkowski, Keane and McNeil. There's a Dyche 442 squad there, not a good one, but a starting point
