Newcastle were pretty shit, Swansea went down, Huddersfield stayed up narrowly before becoming an absolute bin fire the following season.

But Everton also weren't that bad, they won 4-0 in Unsworth's last game as caretaker and they were 13th when he took over, he didn't save them from anything.

They didn't need a lot of work though. In fact they gave Allardyce money in January and he totally wasted it on Walcott and Tosun.
