The Live Match Discussion Thread: 2019/2020

That's the end of that then, Chelsea two up and Newcastle 3 up.

91 minutes on the clock: Liverpool's last shot on target was the 31st minute

Having a blip that’s all still think they’ll lose another league game to somewhere down the line.

Pool players looked despondent well before the 2nd goal.

If they beat Atletico that'll take some pressure off them. No unbeaten record to defend, but the league is done so they can pick and choose who they pick

One team I wouldn’t wanting to be trying to overturn 1-0 against is Atletico very savvy side at this level.

Albion fight back to 2-3 how on Earth you concede 3 goals to Newcastle I’ll never know.

Was Iorfa a CB whilst at Wolves? He is for SWeds tonight.

Very occasionally, more a rb. Was a CB before and after though

Definitely a right back. This a bit of a rubbish game so far. Feels like just waiting for City to score the first and then the floodgates will open.

Played CB for the Unders. Put in at RB when he broke into the team under KJ. Walter had him on a rotation between RB, CB, Bench and in the stands. Lambert just put him in the stands.
He played as a CB for England U21's

Thought he was RB and Hause CB for England U21s when they won the Toulon?

He had a spell playing at CB with Hause for the U21's. Think they may have played as part of a 3 when that happened. Certainly happened in a couple of games I watched

Remember a Cup game under Walter (Cambridge maybe) where we had Dom and Hause together in the centre....made EEL v Leeds look like a decent performance

Just had a thought, if Man City win the FA Cup and CL they'll have had a much more successful season than Liverpool

He's having a very good game so far. There was a point where he looked like he was going to be something special, virtually never got beat by the opposing winger.

His only issue at RB was he couldn't cross a ball. He had some superb games defensively and got forward really well but then it generally led to nothing. Lost it under Walter though, think he struggled with the way he was used and then didn't get on with Lambert at all
