Hardly a surprise. By August he could be looking forward Champions League or Championship. If he does well at Benfica he’ll get a move to a team much higher in the PL than Wolves are likely to be in the foreseeable future.

They've been after him for weeks but Vitória were refusing to budge on the price. I think we may have been used as a way to make Benfica make a serious bid before they lost out.
