I know they’re not the same but you can compare when assessing value. MGW wanted to be at Forest so that appears to be a similar scenario with Scott wanting to come here. If we valued MGW at £35m with a fairly achievable add-on you’d hope we’d pay up to £25m for Scott if he’s of similar quality and we want him which seems to be the case.

I don’t know if we valued Morgan as high as we sold him for, but we knew Forest wanted him and that he wanted to go, so squeezing out some extra value was on the table.

On Doherty: by all accounts (and it's years and years ago now) he was an absolute fucking pain in the arse when Iorfa (rightly) took his spot. Forever moaning.
