If he wasn’t already a Wolves player and was a young, homegrown player from the Championship posting those kinds of numbers, we’d be delighted to be getting linked with him.

You may well be right and he may not cut it eventually as a PL left back/left wing back or left winger, but he deserves the chance to show Lop what he can do.

He’s definitely worth at least a look. He might be miles off it but you won’t know until you give him a go.

I’d say he wouldn’t be good enough as a LB but he Instantly becomes the best crosser/ set piece taker in a team who struggles to create. Chiquinho has demonstrated he can do similar on the opposite side so having the ability to put those on in wide positions I feel will be far more useful than Hwang/Ait Nouri/whoever

RAN is a LB
Dawson is a right side CB in a pair
Lemina and Gomes are pivot midfielders
Cunha is a 10
Sarabia, Podence and Neto are all inverted wide men.
Fabio is shit
Chiquinho is a winger
Sasa and Raul are broken so who knows where they can play

In fact the only players who are suited to a 3 are; Toti, Nunes and Giles.

Collins or Dawson RCBs, Kilman or Toti LCBs and Coady would work in a 3.

Giles and Chiquinho as wing backs would be exciting/interesting.

Lemina and Gomes together with Cunha in front then well...strikers...

Just think it may help our sub standard CBs and release Giles, but it isn't ideal.

How do we solve the away conundrum? We've been brilliant defensively at home, yet shocking away. You'd think we'll probably revert to the mean at both ends of the spectrum but I assume he'll be working on the defence in preseason.

Newcastle away surrendering any initiative as soon as we equalised. We seemed to overthink it away and then spend games chasing the right XI.

It's Nixon so hard to believe but I would say £600k is probably what he's worth.

Picked him up on free and not done much work with him. Seems a little churlish to ask that amount of money.
