Well yeah. It already seems a very good deal for the price. Presumably we'll stand our ground and lose out.

Biggest concern for me is to get an experienced CB through the door.

I also have massive reservations on whether Raul can score the goals we need to stay up, but I don’t think we’ll be bringing in a number 9 this window.

I’m sure Wolves will match the Lyon offer if there’s a genuine chance we miss out on Gomes, but once again, it’s another club potentially ruining their business relationship for a tiny (in football terms) bit of extra profit.

I’d have him but we’re decently stocked in CM now that Westwood has arrived.

Be interesting to see if he (Ronan) hits the ground running or needs a year to settle like Price did in Colorado.
