There's now been more posts moaning at the moaning of lage, and moaning at the moaning of the moaning of lage, than there was moaning of lage.

And now I've started moaning at the moaning at the moaning of the moaning of lage.

Blame Dixon of Cock Green, not me.

Anyway:

Cunha
Lemina
Sarabia
Gomes
Dawson

I'd like a genuine #9 on top if possible. Semedo has decided to play properly again so that's less of a pressing issue.

Agreed, Cunha's a 10 not a 9 based on watching him today. He's also a fruitloop

He's definitely a free spirit. After Raul's 2 finishes this week, I want to see them as a pair. Think they'll be like torvill and Dean, or dare I say it Raul and Jota.

It’s all about the Manager.

When Howe walked into Newcastle, they were ducked and going down.

Ok, he spent sone money but nothing utterly ridiculous. His management has turned players like Burn, Almiron, Joelinton and Wilson into world beaters.

They’re now in the Champions League places and I would argue that their squad isn’t much different to ours in terms of quality.

That’s the difference between Lage and a proper Manager.

And I make no apology for mentioning him.

Any chance we might be after Ramos again? I thought he'd have some attention during this window

Ship sailed on that one I think. Ings looks a decent option but depends if JL wants a physical option or not. But we were certainly less direct into the front man than we have been in years today so he might just want mobility and fluidity.

Nail on the head. I didn't rate smugface at all but he's done a proper job for them. Anyone who gets almiron scoring bangers deserves our respect.

Benfica would be asking a crapload of money for him, as the club doesn't really want to sell him.

But we wouldn't have Lopetegui I suppose.

Maybe it was short term pain for long term gain.
Well without wanting to incur the wrath of Roy it’s a good point.
I feel if we can hang on this season next season could be very exciting and we might start to see the next level we were expecting when Nuno was sacked.

I get your general point, but it's a myth that Newcastle haven't spent much money so far, they've spent over 200 million since Howe came in.

No need to apologise. Eddie Howe seems an alright bloke

He created an absolute cuntsoup of a team at Bournemouth.

Hated their bullshit antics
his Newcastle team aren’t much different. Tindall is usually a knob on the sideline too

Mahogany Tindall is a proper wanker.

The Bournemouth game after Project Restart as they shouted 'foul him, foul him foul him' as Traore did Traore things.

I’d ship Raul and Cunha and do think they could form a Jota-esque partnership with one another. What Raul really needs is someone who is willing to do quite a lot of the donkey work for him so he can find the positions in the box.
