I agree with the first part of your post, but I think the 2nd part is straying dangerously close to the territory of if you've contributed financially you can say what you like, you're protected, but if you haven't (yet) contributed like myself your posting rights are lesser.

I'm sure it isn't intended that way, but I think once you bring financial contributions into the discussion you are on shaky ground, in my personal opinion.

Everyone *wants* it to work, why would you want your own team to fail. I can't really blame people for having blind faith, after all at heart it's why we all do what we do. Objectively though he outed himself fairly early on as inept and weird.

The results glossed over what he was I think to begin with, And lead to the ‘back him’ talk.

I was in that camp, il hold my hands up. But that being said I’d always want a manager to be backed. But yeah, it was just snowballing downhill pretty quickly.

He got backed right to the very bitter end by a LOT of people for reasons I cannot fathom. Far better and far more likeable Wolves managers have been hounded out for far less.

Probably relates to in black and white he got us 10th in the prem. it has been far worse and we have been spoilt last few years with stable premier league football. But yeah, we are where we are now

I think that is a fair comment DW. I just fail to understand why one poster moaning about a conversation several were engaging in is even being given bandwidth.

I think the fact that our current predicament is almost wholly down to the failings of Lage (plus the inertia of Shi) makes this discussion entirely fair game.

I think people looking at our plight and considering Lage's role in it is understandable. But I do think there's more to be gained in looking forward than looking back and dwelling on the unconscionable knacker...

Myself and a few others were the most distraught about Nuno being replaced how he was, by Lage, and therefore being annoyed and hating Lage is our thing, the rest of you need to get your own thing, sick of you second album tag alongs!

I do appreciate that early signs seem to indicate that Lage and Guedes have led us to Lopetgui and actually signing players from a wider pool. As long as we stay up that will maybe be worth it.
