I love jalapeños and I love chilli, I don't think the two go together though. Jalapeños are slightly sour and that mixes badly with tomato/mince.
Just had roast chicken and stuffing baguette from the canteen. Lovely stuff.
There's a place in Bilbrook now Sue that does absolutely amazing hot pork rolls. Opposite the Tesco by the Woodman. Worth a visit next time you're over
It's a comprimise, more than a recipe enhancer. Needs must when you have kids and a pussy of a wife. It's the reason I have lime pickle with practically every curry too
Get a jar of lazy chillies from the supermarket and whack a teaspoon of those on your chilli before you eat it, that's what I do to spice it up.

Yep, that's definitely a better solution. Obviously you want to increase the heat but I think wanging jalapeños on would just wreck it.
Great little thing to have in the cupboard regardless, I've always got a couple of jars in.
