The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

What?!! Mopping up your gravy with a slice of bread is great! When I lived with my dad he always kept some extra gravy back to have on a slice of bread at the end.

Agree, its sometimes the best bit! I'll always have less meat and potatoes so that I've got room for a round of mopping up at the end!

Lamb kleftiko last night in this amazing place.

Absolutely delicious.

Mario Batali's Meatballs & spaghetti in chunky mushroom and tomato sauce.

I thought he was playing for Nice?

Sounds delish. I'd be chunky if I was him too!

Cheese on toast with baked beans on top and a fried egg on top of that and HP on top of that :)

That's good with crumpets too. Cheese and beans that is. Not sure about the egg as well.

I had sausage, egg and chips (homemade).

Not a runny egg, it needs to be a firm fried egg.

Love sausage, egg and chips, reminds me of when I was little.

We had that quite often when we were kids too. But for tonight gonna try homemade sausage rolls with chips and beans!

I would much rather someone call me a cunt of undefinable magnitude than ever serve me a non-runny fried egg.

I like firmish fried eggs. I dont like runny yolk on me cheese or in me baked bean sauce.

But then im a cunt of undefinable magnitude.

Eggs gotta be runny. Always. Unless they're hard boiled.
