I overdid it on skype with big bird tonight and missed cooking a dinner, so it's 12.45am, what the hell can i eat.

I had some chicken thighs in the frezer, fresh crusty bread , so i sliced and fried the thighs, added some chopped spring onions in the last five minutes and a decent dollop of teryaki sauce. magic took ten minutes from start to finsish and it was so good i am going to have to go again now!

A layer of bread (thick cut, white)
Sausages, cut in half
Fried onions
Ketchup
A layer of "Eggs a la Joey" (a slice of bread with a hole cut in the middle, fried with an egg in the hole)
Bacon
Mushrooms
HP sauce
Top layer of bread.

I would NEVER have salad cream with bacon! Sorry PPB I can't back you up on that.

As for cucumber on a bacon sandwich, well it was introduced to me by a Jamaican lad at work. I tried it and it was really nice and refreshing. The watery-ness and slight sweetness really compliments the saltiness of the bacon.

For those turning your nose up and saying why put a salad item with bacon? I guess none of you have ever had a BLT then, or you think that is an abomination too?
