Neither Evans nor Greenwood are convicted rapists.

They're both absolute pieces of work though and that's a matter of public record, like Harry Redknapp might not have done bird for tax fraud but it's blatantly obvious what happened. Not being found guilty in a court of law does not also mean innocence.

Sadly, the likelihood of being convicted of rape despite being guilty of it is incredibly low.

Big misconception around criminal law innocent is probably the wrong word sometimes can’t be proved of their guilt is more apt. Any slight doubt in a juror’s mind means they should give a not guilty verdict.
