Reading charged by the EFL with multiple breaches around not paying players wages. Owner also chsrged as he had made a promise to make fund available and failed to do so.

It's all gone very strange there. Wilder agreed to join weeks ago and it hasn't happened, and all the lines of communication to the owners have completely broken.
