Not strictly true as ffp only really comes into play once you're in Europe. Should randy fancy it, he could pump 300m into villa to get them into the champions league, where the extra income should then cover the additional wages as the transfer fees would have already been looked after.

According to an Argentinian interview he gave, he had an operation to remove a testicle and be treated for the cancer. Upon his return Alan Pardew told him to leave the club.

If true, that's an abominal act by his manager.
