I dunno. Ford were on the stage at the reveal so I wondered if they have brought the deal forward.

Deal starts in 2026. Just used today to announce they would be using them in 3 years time (new regs come in on engines then)

Looking forward to this quali session, Alonso/AM looking decent so far. Hope it carries through, and Red Bull aren't as far ahead as testing showed

Yes and no.

Dragged themselves back into the frame in P3 but then went into Q3 with just the 1 set of new softs they could use so couldnt go out twice and improve times like Red Bull, 1 Ferrari and AM. Think they wanted 1 run in Q1 or 2 but the field is pretty close and they couldn't risk it. Q1 they went out as they were tumbling down towards the bottom 5 but bailed on the laps when Lewis knew he was safe.

Looks like they will be binning the no side pod design pretty soon though

Verstappen will probably win even more races than last season, it’s not looking great for a good championship.
