Wolfie on fire. Hughes playing reasonably well, but getting hammered.
 
He is playing better than virtually any other player in the tournament but Adams is ridiculous on the doubles today.

I see we still have the BDO revering Adams as a demi-God commentary bollocks as well. Tedious.

And yet somehow 3-3.

A couple of excellent matches this afternoon.
 
Wolfie's doubles go to shit and he loses the set 3-0 leaving it tied at 3 each.
 
Dense bastard Hughes. Busting 126 when throwing for the match!
 
That Hughes mistake could prove costly. Rule of pub darts, if you're unsure ask.
 
Never hear them mention Hughes's affiliation, but I'm guessing he's a Wolves fan from his walk-on song?
 
Yes he is. Black Country lad.

They mentioned he was a Wolves fan at the start of the match after they were singing Hi Ho Wolverhampton.
 
Fair play Hughes, didn't give in early on and didn't let that horrible error affect him.
 
Well done Jamie Hughes. Thought Adams was going to massacre him at the start but that is quite the comeback.

Some quality darts today from the BDO.
 
Good win that. Held his nerve at the end well.
 
Good win for Hughes and a pretty solid standard for the BDO. There are some decent enough darters in the competition, it's just the really early rounds where the standard is very poor.
 
I was a bit surprised by the early commentary. Yes Adams was hitting everything and it was impressive but he was only ever one break of throw up, and that can certainly be retrieved. The comms made it sound like it was 4-0 in sets.
 
Think that was the first time I'd heard Hughes talk. Proper Black Country lad!
 
Slightly annoying that tonight's matches aren't on TV.
