The point wasn't about the Australian innings though, or the state of the game. It was about Labuschagne's innings.2 runs an over. Slow over rate (13 p.h) as well considering the lack of boundaries and wickets.

Don't get me wrong I'd prefer it to be over in four days, or even three as I won't be in a position to watch it on Monday.
You can spin "it's test cricket" "five day game" or whatever all you want, Labuschangne's innings was rubbish. If Australia win late on day 5, no Aussie will be saying "thank god for Marnus' 9 on day two"
