I'm not denying anything. You're suggesting lots of things about me which aren't true. I've never been even close to hitting a pedestrian in my life. I watch them like hawks, particularly when young kids are walking near to the road.People absolutely do step into the road using sound as an initial indicator. I see it when I'm on my bike all the time. To deny this is just neglectful driving, imo.
