I think at some stage - if we are to move to the next level - then we need to make a major statement. Yes, it'll blow the wage structure apart probably, but if we want to compete with Chelsea/Ares/Man Utd as opposed to Leicester and WHU then it has to be done

I wasn't around for City buying Robinho but surely part of the moment then was that he was considered a top class attacker?
