Mitrovic's touch is equally as good as Raul and his passing ability too.

All about opinion obviously, but I don't think it is or is even close. Additionally, he doesn't come deep or pull wide to link play nor get other players involved in the build up like Jimenez does.

As I said I like him, I think he's an asset to a side who utilise him correctly and he bullied Coady and surprisingly Bennett today, but I just do not think he'd work for us without changing a lot elsewhere

I agree, I prefer Raul too. He's far more dynamic and offers a lot more positionally going forward. That being said, Mitrovic is a very good striker who, if is understood and played to properly, can be a real threat. His touch is good and his hold-up play and passing is good. His biggest problem is his attitude and he needs to feel wanted. I'm not basing this on today's game by the way (where he pretty much hounded our back three), but him as a payer over the last few years.

My main concern would be his mood. It seems to fluctuate rapidly.

Would I want us to sign him? No. Do I think he's a very good player? Yes. Do I believe he would fit our system? Possibly.

He does zero work off the ball. There’s nothing wrong with his touch etc. But just look at the game second half. They weren’t getting quality balls up to him so he just stood there. Didn’t put the defender under any pressure or stop the ball into midfield.

Mitrovic had and created chances too. I'm not shouting Raul down here, I think he did OK, as did Mitrovic. I'd prefer Raul but by no means do I think he's a better player. He suits our system more but make no mistake about it, Mitrovic can be a very effective forward.

Mitrovic was a handful, we do struggle to deal with him at times whatever the reason, he won't be coming to Wolves though.

Mitrovic is a good player - he’s not had any paddy’s at Fulham, which was his biggest issue at Newcastle. He’s excellent in the air, holds up the ball well, brings players into play, drops deep but also has pace in behind. If he’s finally grown up, then there’s an excellent player there.
