Rugby League Thread

Yep, same comms team. All blowing smoke up the Panthers' arse. They've gone bit quiet now.

They do seem to want Penrith to win this. It was the same last year when my lot demonstrated rugby league slip betwixt cup and lip.

Cleary missed the kick though. It was difficult but at this level you have to get it.

I think someone is getting ten minutes off here.

Mikey Lewis is SL's 2024 Steve Prescott Man of Steel

Willy Peters 2024 Coach of the Year

Former Castleford, Canterbury, Balmain, Wakefield, HKR, Wigan and Widnes prop Brian Lockwood passed aged 78 years. He made 442 club appearances. He also played for Great Britain and England as well as coaching Wakefield, Huddersfield & Batley.

I was fortunate to know Brian and it has come as a bit of a shock tbh.

Looking forward to this. When the red, red robins go bob, bob, bobbing along...

Yeah no complaints. The Wigan defence was strong and HKR didn’t really get firing.

Wigan are so unlikeable though. Like watching Man City.

Oh dear, the football team I enjoy watching most after Wolves is Man City and the two teams I enjoy watching most during the Super League season are Wigan and Saint Helens. 🥴

What can I say Trev, you’re a man who enjoys functional things.

Joking aside, Bevan French is pretty special. Dominated that game today and deserves to be the winner.

Yeah, after a lifetime of watching Wolves it’s nice to watch winners for a bit of escapism. ✋🤚

Not a big fan of Wigan (unless they're playing the Whinos) tbh. I do like watching Man City though.

Hunslet beat Swinton 22-20 to go into next season's Championship 🤪

Championship Grand Final (Wakey vs Toulouse) is a good game. Live on You Tube.
