REFERENDUM RESULTS AND DISCUSSION THREAD

Irish growth set to drop by 4% under no-deal conditions. That will be the loss of a few thousand jobs then. And talk of soldiers and border checks returning to the border is looking more likely as there's less than 60 days to go and those clueless fucking windbags in Westminster clearly havent got a clue how they are going to agree on anything so it looks like Britain is going to crash out with no deal.

What a bunch of utter fucking cunts the Tories are. Responsible for soooo much misery already and about to heap more on communities and lives that haven't done anything wrong. It makes me really angry. Not only have they destroyed Britain, but they are fucking it up for other countries too.

I think you'll find they believe that they are "colonies" rather than "other countries" and therefore England's to do with as England pleases!

God bless Mr Corbyn

Labour support for Yvette Cooper's Brexit amendment in doubt: party may choose to "rule in" no deal (having called for govt to rule it out)

He is just as fucking culpable in this shambles. Where is guy fawkes when you need him.

Brady amendment rejected by EU before it has even gone to vote in the commons.

Unless we suspend or cancel the whole thing it is looking likely we will crash out.

I find myself getting angry at the EU as well as our own idiots now as they are saying it's the deal nobody wants or no deal to leave the EU. Can't they see this is going to be disastrous for all of us? I realise this is a tactic to force our hand to stay but they are not dealing with normal people here, they're dealing with total morons who want to drive us off the cliff.

The attitude of both sides will not be forgiven for a very long time.

Yet people kept saying that the EU was negotiating for what is best for the businesses and the people of the EU.

The EU has always negotiated the best it can for the EU and members of that club. If we're not going to be members of that club then the EU want to put their members protection at the top of their list.

Makes sense really and illustrates why we are far better in the club than out of it.

The EU have been clear. Barnier stated if we amend the red lines, then renegotiation is possible.
May refuses to amend the red lines, so no renegotiation.

The EU have negotiated to keep the EU together, whether that is best for it's members is debatable.

This is the ERG’s real agenda and it’s why pragmatic MPs who want a Brexit deal must back the Cooper amendment this afternoon.

Cheeky Brexiteer MP: “Backing Brady buys us another few weeks, she won’t get enough on backstop and then we can just vote the deal down again in Feb.” Oh

The EU have negotiated to keep the EU together, whether that is best for it's members is debatable.

With the full backing of the 27 member nations who wish to remain part of the club. It's 27 v 1. Hardly a fair fight, but then we shouldn't have picked it, should we?

Hate to say I told you so. The Eu arrogance is just as bad as the arrogance from Cameron to call the referendum.

Fucking hell.

So I am wrong on that then?

I repeat my request to you remainers. Stop swearing at me, rolling your internet eyes and tell me what compromise can be made for you . I know that the leave I voted for is unattainable and have adjusted accordingly. The remain you want is also unattainable. So where's your pitch? Uttering fucking hell five posts a page is pointless. What do you want? How do you help this move forward?

At this point the only options are no deal or no Brexit. They were always likely to be the options unless you actually believed all the complete and utter bollocks that the Brexiter MPs came out with.

The blame for this mess lies at the feet of those on the Leave side who have lied, cheated and conned their way through the whole thing and all the cunts in both parties that have allowed it to happen.

I still believe the mess lies at the feet of the remainers in charge of getting us a Brexit. At this point it’s democracy and a no deal or how can we trust a democratic process ever again.

With all the remoaner and media scare mongering we’re in an absolute state as a country.

So the MP'S have voted to renegotiate the backstop and the EU have immediately ruled out reopening the agreement.

What next then T-Bag?

What a spectacular load of cock that post is. You should actually be proud of how much utter bollocks you managed to shoe-horn into one post.

Chapeau.

I'm usually anti-insults on here, but fuck off James you utter cock

Are you talking about the MEPs or the actual countries?

I not sure all 27 countries would vote to remain. I’m not sure all 27 parliaments would vote to stay.

Had a great discussion/argument last night where 2 people who voted leave reckon that we have to take on the euro by 2021 if we stay in the EU. Not sure where they’ve got that story from.
