Not at all, it's the fact that they are reported as being "shocked". This is the worst case scenario, it was reported as such two years ago, why are they not prepared, why is it a surprise to them?

Well we know the answer, it's because they're complacent, clueless buffoons.

It's not to say it will happen or that anyone on here wants that to happen, I don't much fancy starvation as a way to go, it's not very glam.
