REFERENDUM RESULTS AND DISCUSSION THREAD

Guardian the same. Plus lots of column inches about how we will be paying this bill for decades, so all the costs but with none of the benefits. Fucking fantastic stuff.

Gross! Net bill being half that.

For all the constant negative talk on here, I think it's a pretty decent. We pay what will be equivalent to two or three years and will probably be able to sort a decent trade deal. After the two or three years we'll have additional money to spend on our own services, although I have little confidence that the current Government will spend it in the right places.

Once we've left, we'll then be able to talk to other Countries about better trade terms.

So our liabilities were £660bn

We have negotiated those to around 15% of what was due.

In reality we will pay around 12.5%

I've never been for Brexit but I certainly don't see how that is too bad of a deal?

Vile hypocrite.Nigel Farage refuses to denounce Britain First and says he will take his £76k per year pension from the EU.

All Brexit voters get a bill and financial hardship whilst this cunt takes money, including his salary for years and years. Seems a good deal for all doesn't it?

Bet all those voters are glad Farage has got prinicipals and he's sticking by them aren't they?

Do the government do a deal with the EU so we can start trade talks or do they concede to the DUP to stay in government?

Decisions, decisions, decisions...

From David Schneider's twitter:

It's a stormy night. You're driving on a dirt track. There are bumps, potholes everywhere. It gets worse and worse till you're in this thick forest and there is no track at all, just ditches and trees. Do you turn back?
If you don't, congratulations, you're a Brexiter.

Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and London all get "regulatory alignment" - the inevitable consequence of what the PM tried to set up for Ireland. Then why not the English regions? A Federal United Kingdom in the EU? FUK EU.

Seems we've successfully taken back control and handed it directly to the lovely forward-thinking folk of the DUP.

The Government should tell DUP to fuck off if they want what is best for the UK and not what is best for themselves.

I guess that would mean losing power and the cretins in power at the moment won't want to do that, even if it is as you say, to the benefit of the UK.

Almost as if it was a terrible idea getting into bed with creationist, Bible thumping freaks.

Still, it's only cost us £1.5bn to find that out.

There should be a vote of no confidence in May if she’s no longer looking after our best interests.

She never was though Penk, which is why she struck a deal with the DUP. It's all about individual power right now and has been since Dave decided to walk off set after the Brexit vote.

There should be another GE next year but I think the alternative with Jezza may actually be worse. It's a pile of steaming shit right now.
