Reading (H) Build Up

Further snow, some of it heavy, is being forecast for Wolverhampton from this afternoon through to the morning. Could the fixture be in danger of not going ahead?

General consensus the last 14 times the question has been asked on this thread is that if it snows all day tomorrow chances are it might be off, otherwise probably on as they will clear the snow around the ground etc.

I've got a spare ticket for this game as my old man can't make it because it'll be too cold for him (he's into his 70s)

Anyone fancy it?

Think we’ve avoided the worse of it here so unless there’s a large snowfall tomorrow morning the game should be fine. Even if there’s one today it should be cleared by tomorrow.

Game will be on tomorrow. Just going to be a friggin cold one

Not sure I can justify taking my two 8 year olds to this, they've struggled in previous cold games but this would be really tough on them.

Well they can watch on Sky at least, if interested

It'll be on. sky won't want a 3 hour void in their schedule.

Plenty of live games have been called off before. Sky hold a lot of power but none on decisions to postpone due to weather or safety

It will be on. Or should be anyway. Little snow tomorrow and temp rising

If it persists last like it is here I’d be surprised if it’s on, I’m 15 miles away and it’s coming down pretty persistent here.

Good - give me something to watch tomorrow

Had to phone people today to get any conversation - it's like the Marie Celeste round here

Getting about a cm an hour here in Shropshire currently if it’s the same in wolves can’t see the game going ahead.

You don’t have a team of groundstaff working through the night and heated grass in your garden though.

It’ll be on.

When it snowed in December we had like 8 inches at least. This is nothing in comparison. Yes it’s cold and windy, but snow is minimal. Roads were crystal clear this morning and I expect it to be the same tomorrow. And with no added snow due it will be absolutely fine

Torn between wanting it to be cancelled (because I can't make it now) and wanting it go ahead so we can get back to a 9 point lead.
