Pre-Season 2019

After Gilly and chums cultural visit to Charleroi a few years back I think the club will want to demonstrate they did as much as possible to at least ensure the match tickets got into the correct hands.

I wonder what a ballpark figure would be for the finals say in China...

Be amazed if we don't do that tbh

Speaking from experience, outside of Italy no one enforces this at the receiving stadium. Stewards on site just usher visiting fans in without hassle. Most stadiums have fences / nets around the away fans areas too, so not many precautions are needed as hurling objects stuff would only result in said objects being bounced back into the fans.

It will just be a step we can take at our end to stop the passing on of supporters numbers rather than what happens at the Stadium.

It can’t be a new thing for other clubs. So how do they stop the passing of numbers? I know United do the Ballot but there isn’t a need for that at Wolves as our demand isn’t “that” big.

Not sure on standard games. Impossible to police really

Those doing it (me inc) just have to accept that if they pass their number on and that person is a prick you face losing your Season Ticket. I don't think it is a big enough problem for the club though

Just found a way of potentially boosting my place on the waiting list...:icon_wink:

Dooooo we think the 2 games in China will be watchable? I remember watching some/all last season but think that was as Joe Bloggs from America

These games will be televised somewhere I imagine.

They often put these all-PL pre-season tournaments on Sky. Hopefully this one will be.

Fingers crossed then. I'll book the day off and pray.

Sky have been advertising that they will be screening the Asia Cup (I think that's what they are calling it), mainy crowing that Manchester City are involved...

A few of the streaming sites have stated that they'll be showing all Asia Cup matches.

I do hope we present him with a sunbed on the pitch pre-match, that would be amazing.

Bloke I work with is playing in that first game. He is just a little bit excited. Told him if he kicks any of our players in the air I shall be disappointed in him.

Will that be played at Castlecroft then?

Compton I thought, but as it is away I guess it must be castlecroft

Timmy II saying no home pre-game this year but that is hardly a surpise with the Europa League games
