Yes the re-arranged Christmas game. No word on the Watford game as of yet.

No, they've only booked out the first two weeks. Everything after that is still to be decided, depends how the league sits. We're down to play City on the 16th April, if there's anything like a title race still going by then, it'll 100% get moved.
