Paul Lambert Leaves Wolves

I like the implication that they are frantically trying to come up with a package to keep him...

More like a bloke on death row who doesn't know the time of his execution, just knows its coming.

Talk stateside that West Ham will sack Bilic with an eye to bring on Marco Silva.

I'd take Bilic here. Think he's done an underrated job this season.

I mean I like Bilic but they have massively underaschieved this season..those players should do better and be midtable at least..don't get what the problem is but he must have lost all the dressing room, or could it be he lost his magic with the move to the new stadium where people watching is miles away from the pitch..? I mean he was a defender and they are leaking goals like a kid with stomach disease without a diper..like him as a character though and did fantastic last season and has played at the highest level...I'm a bit torn apart..

Bilic would be a truly stunning, brilliant appointment.

He is MILES out of our league. Quite why you are torn I have no idea.

I'm getting fed up now of all the stories saying we are in for this manager and that manager, yet we don't know for certain that Lambert as been sacked.
I'm not bothered if Fosun are looking at other managers, just issue a statement to say yes or no if he's gone. What harm will it do.

If he hasn't been dismissed such a statement would be sufficient evidence for Lambert to make an unfair dismissal claim at a Tribunal.

Plus if you are in the middle of compensation negotiations he has not gone, but is also "not here" still. But a statement "to appease the fans" would rather inform his lawyers how those negotiations will finish and will result in a big claim

That's harm

People need to learn some fucking patience. If not, I suggest they stay away from the internet for a few days.

That's not good enough! I renewed my Season Ticket at Early Bird so I DEMAND a daily, personal update from FOSUN be it a phone call or personal email... I've put £349 in to this club already this year, WHAT HAVE THEY DONE??

Johnny Phillips who spoke to Lambert before he went on air:
Guess they know each other already through the E&S and also presenting the end of season awards.

Don't know how anyone reaches the conclusion he's definitely staying from that. Seems to me he is doing the job he's handsomely paid to do and intends to carry on doing that until otherwise informed.
Anything else puts him in breach of contract losing him 12 months salary.

Complete bollocks my friend he can just say "I can't talk about that" or "no comment" but he didnt, it may well be he's on his way but as far as I can see he still thinks there is a chance he will be manager.

You can bash people for asking for answers all day long but clearly you are as clueless as Britney.

Nope.

I am legally correct. And you are wrong.

For a start - my post is about Fosun, not Lambert.

On what basis am I wrong? I would like to think I have a fairly decent understanding of contractual law considering is quite a large portion of my job, yet I don't mouth off and try to make others look stupid when these things are questioned.

I am sure you are a contractual law specialist, in which case I bow down to your superiority...

Why would he say that though? His play is to appear he still has the job to extract maximum compensation, "no comment", or "I can't talk about that" alludes to something going on and therefore weakens his position. Pretending all is normal is the advice any half decent lawyer will have given him.

He can refuse before he goes on air for a start especially if he knows he might end up being out of pocket. Legally it is a complete nightmare to state what can and cannot be said and uphold it, that makes me think Lambert is in the dark despite media reports he is out.

I wont believe there is a contract with Fosun that states he must pretend he is still manager, if he didn't believe it to be the case and was worried about such things he wouldn't have appeared on SSN end of.

He hasn't been sacked though, he just knows he's going to be, hence his position. I disagree with you, I actually think pretending all is right in the world is the smart thinking do.
