lunch meetings becoming more common here too. I blame zoom/teams, as managers now feel people can meet at any time.
There is an added fact that managers are arranging lunch time meetings a lot, probs because that is a time people keep free in their diaries.

Don't blame you, when I was still working, occasionally worked through lunch when it suited me but mostly I kept it separate, you need a bit of time away from work, I want to eat my butties and read my book to switch off, dont think 30 minutes none working an 8/10/12 hiur day is unreasonable.
